We are organized as the Huntington Hills Civic Association, operating under the Huntington Hills Code of Regulations with five Trustees. The Trustees are Huntington Hills Residents elected for two-year terms. The terms are staggered so that each year, either two or three Trustees are elected.
A Trustees’ meeting is held the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. (August through May) and is open to all residents. See online calendar or announcement at each entrance for more details.
We are proud of the activities that make Huntington Hills a special place to live and encourage all residents to participate in them. To sustain the activities and other community amenities, all residents are charged an annual assessment of $45. The assessment notice is mailed to each resident in April with the Trustee election ballot.
